Overnight data remains cool and wet across corn belt with daytime highs temperatures below normal the next 10-days. However, a warmer pattern is expected for the 11-15 day period as highs warm into the mid-60s and 70s and soil moistures warm and dry out. Corn is again higher today, likely on continued stalling of plantings.
For the winter wheat belt, the overnight data was wetter trending for the coming 15-days, as shown in the image above from our Live weather and crop statistics. Although, western Kansas and eastern Colorado are expected to be to the lighter side of rainfall totals. Winter wheat is down sharply today, potentially seeing this wetter trend?
